Danish Heritage

Nurtured in the family workshop for five generations

Brdr. Krüger was founded as a wood-turning workshop by brothers Theodor and Ferdinand Krüger in 1886. For generations we collaborate with some of the world’s best design and architecture talents to create an ever-evolving collection of furniture. We are deeply involved in every stage of the design process.

Today the 5th generation family company has evolved into a self-producing furniture brand, that celebrates, create and evolve classic Danish design values, by embracing modernity. Continuing a legacy of craft and heritage, more than 130-years’ expertise is combined with modern techniques to create innovative designs with a timeless appeal.

Showroom

In the hearth of Copenhagen

The destination is Bredgade 28 in Copenhagen by the entrance to the Odd Fellow Mansion. Brdr. Krüger’s traditional craftsmanship and timeless design, merge in the showroom with the stylistic Rococo frame of the mansion’s historic architecture.

Jonas Krüger, fifth generation and Creative Director says:
For the first time since the company’s founding in 1886, the entire Brdr. Krüger’s furniture collection can be experienced in one place, outside the workshop in Værløse, Denmark. The historical address matches our heirloom, but we also want to be relevant in the present, while pointing forward. Both our design and craftsmanship are enduring, so the next generation can also benefit from it.
