Internationally acclaimed chef Rosio Sánchez opens a striking new Mexican restaurant in Copenhagen, and OEO Studio designed the place with Pauline Bar Stool front and centre.
To reflect the restaurant’s friendly experience, OEO Studio carefully designed dining spaces in the bar and kitchen counters, with comfortable bar stools overlooking the kitchen. The interiors are a celebration of Danish design, craftsmanship and architecture of Mexico.
