When former Noma and Ramsay chef, Beau Clugston, was to reopen his restaurant in central Copenhagen, he approached Brdr. Krüger. He recognised his own approach to food in the local quality craftsmanship and essential design philosophy in furniture. David Thulstrup was commissioned to reconfigure parts of the Donut Estate: an exclusive space for wine tasting, dining, art and entertainment in Sonoma County, California.
We designed furniture to match the design language of the Estate and enhance the natural surroundings of the Californian landscape, while simultaneously bringing into it the Scandinavian values of simplicity and functionality.

Hija de Sanchez
Internationally acclaimed chef Rosio Sánchez opens a striking new Mexican restaurant in Copenhagen, and OEO Studio designed the place with Pauline Bar Stool front and centre. To reflect the restaurant’s friendly experience, OEO Studio carefully designed dining spaces in the bar and kitchen counters, with comfortable bar stools overlooking the kitchen. The interiors are a celebration of Danish design, craftsmanship and architecture of Mexico.
